Summary0040690: "Add Associations" popup is not properly formatted
DescriptionThe popup that allows associate a service with more than product has the header buttons aligned to the left instead of center
Steps To Reproduce1.- Log into the WebPOS
2.- Add a product to the receipt that has services to associate
3.- Add a service
4.- Select the service line and in the EDIT section click on 'Add Associations' button.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The buttons of the popup header are not centered

Fixed issue 40690 : Updated CSS for Add Associations popup

* After applying CSS, Add Associations buttons width is increased and it will be center positioned .
