| Summary | 0040658: Magento doesn't apply taxes correctly in case of multiple Tax Rate for the same Tax Category and Country | ||||
| Description | In case we have two Tax Rates for the same Tax Category and Country but different dates, Openbravo will apply always the Tax Rate with the latest date, but Magento Connector will export both taxes in the same way and Magento will apply both taxes. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - Having one Tax Rate "Entregas IVA 18%" for "IVA Normal" category, "Spain" country and valid from: 01-07-2010 - Having another Tax Rate "Entregas IVA 21%" for "IVA Normal" category, "Spain" country and valid from: 01-09-2012 - Export taxes to Magento. - Create a receipt in VBS-1 Web POS for any product of this category and check 21% tax is applied. - Create a receipt in Magento for the same product and check 39% (21+18) tax is applied. | ||||
| Proposed Solution | - Add an Event Handler when inserting/updating a Tax Rate to update every Tax Rate with the same category, country and region. - Send 0 rate to Magento in case it exists a different Tax Rate with the same category, country and region but with a newer date. | ||||
