Summary0040534: [RR19Q2] [UX] WebPOS message when the rebuild was not successful should be improved
DescriptionIf rebuilding the system after an update does not work properly, the following message is shown to the user:
"Your system is under maintenance. Only System Administrator access is allowed at this time. The last build operation failed and the system is potentially unstable.
Please contact your System Administrator to review and correct the causes of the failure and rebuild the system."

There is too much information that is potentially misleading. The message should be simplified as:
"The system is under maintenance, please contact your System Administrator"

If required to facilitate support tasks, an error code may be also added:
"The system is under maintenance, please contact your System Administrator
Error code: ERR_BUILD_FAILED"
Steps To Reproduce1. Get an environment with a pending update
2. Introduce some condition that will make a build validation to fail (in this case, more than one Document Type was present in the date)
3. Update and rebuild. The build validation fails because of previous step.
4. Go to webPOS and try to log in. The message shown in the attached screenshot is shown.

I've added another very similar screenshot when the rebuild does not trigger an error but Tomcat has not been restarted. Notice the typo in "Only System Adminitrator".
