0040203: [RR19Q1] [OMNI] Exception shown when returning a Gift Card in OMNI-1 terminal
When using the OMNI-1 terminal to return a Gift card, an exception is shown. The error does not happen using VBS instead. See steps.
1. Using the OMNI-1 terminal, open the "Gift/Credit Notes" option
2. Pick a Gift Card eligible to be returned and click the "Return" button
3. Return any value, notice you have to execute a Cash Management process to continue.
4. Click the "Done" button of the Cash Management window. You get the error shown in the attached screenshot.
5. Repeat steps using VBS-1 instead. The error is not shown.
