Summary0040178: Audit fields of 'Open/Close period control' are not updated when Opening/Closing period
DescriptionWhen Opening/Closing a period via process in "Open/Close Period Control" Window, audit fields "Updated" and "Updated by" are not updated for C_Period and C_PeriodControl tables.
Steps To Reproduce- As System Administrator, set C_Period and C_PeriodControl tables as 'Fully Audited'.
- As F&B role admin, open window 'Open/Close period control'
- In the grid view, show column "Updated" both in the main tab and in the Documents one.
- Select a period of the current year and close it using the "Close Period" button.

- Notice that the audit trail button in the toolbar is still not enabled and that the Updated column has not changed nor for the period nor all Documents entries.
Proposed SolutionUpdate C_Period_Process procedure (see attached file) to upgrade the updated/updatedby fields to each modified table during this process.

Changed the title and description of this issue because it is not expected to register in the audit trail table the table's audit fields (created, createdby, updated, updatedby). However, those fields should be updated when closing the period
