   Open Settle/Protest Remittance window
   Zoom the page in the browser
   The following message is shown more than once:
      Error received in IO response:
         Cannot read property 'style' of null

   Reset the zoom
   Open Settle/Protest Remittance window again
   Minimize the window and change its size
   The following message is shown more than once:
      Error received in IO response:
         Cannot read property 'style' of null
