Summary0039823: Some tests create sampledata with random id's
DescriptionHaving random id's could produce for example that the order is which are applied some discounts change, which produce unstable tests.

The tests should add the needed sampledata in the sampledata repository, instead create it on run time.

If this interfere with other functionality, the sampledata should be added disabled.


These tests needs to be fixed:
- I38074_VerifyComboFixedPriceDiscounts
- SplitLineWithAutomaticPromoTwoFamilyCombos
