DescriptionThe EM_OBPOS_LAYAWAY_PARTPAID column of the AD_ORG table is removed.

This column used to allow to do a Void Layaway of a partially paid layaway. Now this flow is not allowed, and therefore the column is no longer relevant and has been removed.
