0039599: If Payment Provider group is deactivated, payment methods grouped are not displayed in WEBPOS
If we have a payment provider group with some payment methods grouped and it is deactivated it is still displayed in WEBPOS, and the payment methods not. Even if it has been deactivated.
Configuration:
1. Payment Provider Group window:

Provider: Mock Provider
Name: Mock Provider
Active selected

2. POS Terminal Type window
Payment method tabs:

2.1 Payment method Voucher
Provider Group: Mock Provider
Payment method type: Visa

2.2 Payment method Credit Card
Provider Group: Mock Provider
Payment method type: Master card

Steps:
1. Open Webpos and do a sale transaction
2. In Payment window there is a button Mock provider (Voucher and Credit Card are not shown because they are grouped under Mock provider)
3. Go to Back office to Payment provider group window and deactivate it
4. Refresh Webpos and do a sale transaction
5. In payment window Mock provider button is still displayed and Credit card and voucher are not displayed as payment methods. Even if the Payment group has been deactivated.
If the Payment provider group (Mock provider) is deactivated it will not be shown in WEBPOS but the payment methods that were grouped (Voucher and Credit card) will be now displayed individually.
