DescriptionCannot change the status of the document from complete to close, and I should be able to change

Steps To Reproduce1.Go to sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
2.Create a new sales invoice with lines
3.Complete the sales invoice
4.Now Close the sales invoice
5.An error message shows up
Proposed SolutionYou should be able to change the status to close

Fixed bug 3959: Cannot close a sales invoice
Now is not possible to close an invoice neither an InOut since it has non sense
