Summary0039326: API Change: Remove AD_Registration_Info and related items
DescriptionAs part of 0038173, ad_registration_info table should be removed from the project, and along with it, some other related database entries and classes:

To remove:
- AD_REGISTRATION_INFO
- AD_REGISTRATION_INFO_TRG
- Register_data.xsql
- Registration.html/java/xml
- field HeartBeatOrRegistration.Registration


To change, remove entries in:
- AD_COLUMN
- AD_DATASET_TABLE
- AD_ELEMENT
- AD_FORM
- AD_MENU
- AD_MESSAGE
- AD_MODEL_OBJECT
- AD_MODEL_OBJECT_MAPPING
- AD_TABLE
- AD_TREENODE
- OBUIAPP_MENU_PARAMETERS
- OBUIAPP_VIEW_IMPL
- sampledata/F_B_International_Group/AD_FORM_ACCESS
- sampledata/F_B_International_Group/OBUIAPP_VIEW_ROLE_ACCESS
- sampledata/QA_Testing/AD_FORM_ACCESS
- sampledata/QA_Testing/OBUIAPP_VIEW_ROLE_ACCESS

This also affects modules retail.sampledata, retail.testsampledata, test.mobile.sampledata, advancedwarehouseoperations.sampledata.
