Summary0039088: In the Store Server Version Overview window, only request the module version of existing servers
DescriptionRight now when the Store Server Version Overview window is opened, the manual datasources makes a request to all servers defined in the Mobile Server Definition window, even if no actual server exists yet.

This results in the window taking a lot of time to load, and a lot of errors in the log. It would be better if the request would be done only to the servers that actually exist, by checking which servers are registered in SymmetricDS
