Summary0039047: Impossible to create a COUNT task when inventory is negative
DescriptionImpossible to create a COUNT task when inventory is negative.
The message indicates that there is not enough stock avail BECAUSE of an other task. This "BECAUSE" is incorrect: there are no tasks, but the Qty is negative!
Steps To ReproduceCreate a negative line of stock in an IRA where COUNT is configured.
Press COUNT in Warehouse Operations.

Proposed SolutionCreating tasks will check if other tasks are comprimising the stock, tyhis is correct.
But a COUNT/RECOUNT/CYCLE/STATUS should not check if the Qty is negative.
