Descriptionwhen master refresh does not finish properly, you go offline, and do login again, the login is done, but masterdata is incomplete
Steps To Reproduce[online]
. login
. master refresh fails (timeout) in the load of the 2nd product batch -> pop up message is displayed: The Master Data loading process has encountered an error. The following model(s) could not be loaded: Product.

[offline]
. refresh browser -> login page is displayed
. do login -> WRONG: login is done, and popup message is not displaed

Fixed issue 38973 : Removed POSLastIncRefresh from localstorage when full login is not completed

* Both POSLastTotalRefresh and POSLastIncRefresh should be removed from localstorage when full login is not completed
