Summary	0038419: [RR18Q2] Simple filtering with empty "Date To" criteria doesn't return results in Open Receipt option
Description	When using the simple filtering functionality in the Open Receipt popup, if "Date To" filter is applied with an empty value, no results are returned.
Steps To Reproduce	0. Log in as "vallblanca" in the VBS-1 terminal 1. Go to the "Open Receipt" option in the dropdown menu 2. Select "Date To" from the simple filtering dropdown 3. Click on the search button 4. NOTICE that no values are returned, as they are when filtering with "Date From"
