0038415: When returning old ticket it is loaded with new taxes instead of the original ones
When returning an old ticket on the webpos it is loaded re calculating the taxes
so if the taxes have been changed the verify return is not correct.
-Create a ticket with a Customer having the flag "Tax Exempt" in the backoffice checked.
-Uncheck "Tax Exempt" flag of the Customer in Openbravo backoffice.
-Login in Web POS.
-In Verified Returns menu entry select the previous ticket.
*Check that the new line created has the new taxes when it should have the old ones.

duplicate of defect 0039864 closed ranjith_qualiantech_com Taxes are recalculated in Verified Returns receipts and it should not be done
