Can't Reject Quotation if No Reject Reason

Steps To Reproduce

In Live Builds. https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_modules_pgsql_pi/web/org.openbravo.retail.posterminal/?terminal=YS-11 [^]

1) In backoffice, in reject Reason window, delete or inactivate any record
2) In WebPOS, create new Quotation or select one in Under Evaluation
3) Click oin the Menu > Reject Quotation: no reject reason in the drop-down list

You still can click OK with the feeling that you have rejected the quotation, but if you search it again or check in the backoffice, the quotation is still in Under Evaluation.

Proposed Solution

Some check and message obliging a reject reason before rejecting the quotation should be displayed in Web POS
