  Valid From Date: 01-04-2018
  Valid To Date: 30-06-2018

Check:
  Multiple Rate By: 1.23
  Divide Rate By: 0.813008

And should be:
  Multiple Rate By: 0.813008
  Divide Rate By: 1.23
