This is the expected behavior. Reservation is released when the stock is issued to the truck.

Please note that a reservation belongs to an organization, and usually the truck belongs to other organization, so it's impossible to share the reservation among several organizations.

Also note that the there is no risk in "stealing" stock in the truck because a) this is usually a non-allowed picking area and b) the RCT-DO will automatically detect the concrete stock that was issued for this DO and not other stock that could travel in the same truck.
