0038181: It is possible to always see quantities in stock from the Front End when creating a Count Task
If we configure Cycle Counts to be blind (Front End configuration for an specific Route), it is still possible for the user to initiate a Count Task and see the actual stock of a particular Product
If we configure Cycle Counts to be blind (Front End configuration for an specific Route) for a particular user, we do not want them to know the actual stock of a Product.

However, it is possible for them to initiate a Count and see the stock.

This should be possible to be configurable in a way that allows to hide the stock for a specific Role, as the Front End Configuration does

The structural issue here is that currently any user is allowed to create a count task from the FE. There is a project to autorize (see wiki http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Modules:Advanced_Warehouse_Operations#Authorization_by_ITTs_.28Roadmap_acceleration_project.29 [^]) the users per ITT and this project will remove this vsibility from non-authorized personnel.
