Summary0037750: API change: SOAP webservices is now disabled by default
DescriptionAfter fix for 0037683, SOAP webservices are no longer enabled by default.

In case Openbravo serves SOAP webservices, it is now necessary to enable them [1].

fixed issue 37750: API change: SOAP webservices is now disabled by default

  - SOAP ws are disabled by default
  - removed org.apache.axis.transport.http.AdminServlet entry in web.xml which
    didn't have mapping anyway
