DescriptionPerformance improvements in "login including update"
After a brief analysis we have detected some points that should be improved:
 -Delete jquery
 -Delete or optimize images: ioswebappstartup.png, scan.png, background.png
 -All libraries should be in static resources, so some libraries could be duplicates.

Fixed issue 37654: Performance improvements in "login including update"

Removed some duplicated libraries from posterminal jps file:
  * LAB.min.js
  * Jquery-1.7.2.js
  * Core-min.js
  * sha1-min.js

Change the only function that is not included in zepto.js.

Related to issue 37654: Performance improvements in "login including update"

Remove two images files no longer necessaries:
  * Scan-png
  * ioswebappstartup.png

background.png has been change in another issue to reduce file size.
