Summary | 0037620: [RR18Q1] After searching for a valid date, a message saying that the date is not valid may be shown | ||||
Description | When searching a ticket by date, if the first attempt resulted in a format error, searching by date in the advanced filter does not override this message. See steps. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1. From the main webPOS window, check the Open Receipt menu option 2. Select "Date from" as the filter criteria. 3. Enter "2018" as value. 4. An expected message about the filter not matching the format is shown 5. Open Advanced filter. Note that all filters are now blank (including the previously entered date) 6. Filter with no criteria. It works as expected but the result still shows the error for the previous filter. See attached screenshot. | ||||
