OS: Ubuntu 7.04
DB: Oracle XE 10g
Web browser: Firefox 2
OB: R2.34

*Steps
1. Sales Management > Transactions > Goods Shipments
2. Print record

When printing a good shipment with lines, all goes right but when printing
a good shipment without lines, header doesn't appear in PDF created.
