DescriptionChanging the Organization in Document Type window does not change the records in the child tabs:

Report Templates
Inter-company Relations (Inter-company Documents module)

The organization in Inter-company Relations tab is shown with ** as it does not fulfill the validation
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to Document Type window
   Add a record in Report Templates tab
   Change the organization of the Document Type to a organization that do not belong to the current organization's natural tree (a sister for instance)
   Check through database the Report Template record has the old organization

Test Plan:
As group admin role:
   Go to Document Type window.
   Create a new document type for F&B Us, Inc.
   Add a record in Report Templates tab
     Notice throw the database that the new record template has the same organization Id than the document type.
   Add a record in Inter-company Relations tab with the same organization and source organization than document type.
   Change the organization of the Document Type to a organization that do not belong to the current organization's natural tree (a sister for instance: F&B España S.A.)
   Check through database the Report Template record has as organization the document type's new organization ID.
   Go to the Inter-company Relations tab and refresh the created record, notice it was updated the organization to the new organization of the document type.
   Notice if you change the document type's organization and it doesn't fullfills the validations of the Inter-company relation's organization, then it is updated with the document type's new organization.
   Notice if you change the document type's organization and it fullfills the validations of the Inter-company relation's organization, then it is not updated.
