Summary | 0037133: [RR17Q4] Receipts, Quotations, etc. won't load after being listed and having a drop in connection
Description | For those search and listing options of the Web POS dropdown menu which aren't pre-cached in the client side (Receipts, Quotations, Layaways, etc.), clicking on a listed item right after a connection drop occurs won't load said item, even if the connection is restored shortly after. It isn't possible to continue the process, even if the page is refreshed.
Steps To Reproduce | 0. Log in the Web POS as "vallblanca" 1. Open any of the non pre-cached search and listing options on the dropdown menu (Receipts, Quotations...) 2. Click on the "magnifying glass" search button to make a search 3. Go offline by forcing a connection drop / disconnecting the network interface 4. Click on any of the listed items 5. NOTICE(1) that the loading screen appears and an error message shows up: "It has been an error with cash management" (to be addressed in another issue due to typo in the message: https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=37134 [^]) enyo.js:953 POST http://qa-retail.openbravo.com/openbravo/org.openbravo.mobile.core.service.jsonrest/org.openbravo.retail.posterminal.PaidReceipts?authenticationClient=39363B0921BB4293B48383844325E84C&authenticationToken=%2BZ3ztKAJEG5YLVfBd1ccsw%3D%3D__%3B__4RK%2FsWL%2Bb3mk7nKEkSBt1%2FOBYcRqggc1ioVZmggvU1UAOhbQsUaIDY6sD4utj5TRMrKD5HQH4mHZJDiiz5QuwMeizTQakwkaNaCMEQKcDmNnS0HffIBLruNB%2BHE4V1q6SKS6jrP2QHj91q6JgLKH8MyN409Iphqn4%2BEVB4VS6xfTJGCNUfGPDgk09Ea%2BuXXMHEKtDN4ICBpIpp8UP%2F0DNtVThYX28Vw6m%2BCUl3Ga5RwSnkWLLG757%2FeSxQIiGuo4 [^] net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED servicePOST error: 0, source: org.openbravo.retail.posterminal.PaidReceipts 267d44938e7620fe7ee99de8bca253b7.js:3076 It has been an error with cash management; line: Object.OB.UTIL.showError (http://qa-retail.openbravo.com/openbravo/web/js/gen/267d44938e7620fe7ee99de8bca253b7.js:11975:6 [^]) (*,+) 6.
