0037024: Tax rate not properly recalculated when setting different customer to the ticket

Description

In case a Customer has different Shipping address in different countries, ticket's tax needs to be recalculated based on that address. This is properly working when Shipping Address is directly changed but not when customer is changed (and shipping address is indirectly changed)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Access backoffice and define new Location for "VBS Customer" for Senegal country. Set is as "shipping address"
2. Access POS Terminal and select any product and realize that "Entregas IVA" tax has been set
3. Press on "VBS Customer", search and select "VBS Customer /senegal address" and realize that tax has not changed

However if you press on Shipping Address and select "senegal address" tax will be correctly recalculated to "Exportaciones"
