Summary0036996: remove unused platforms from dbsm
DescriptionDBSM was originally forked from DDLUtils which supports many different databases. After this fork many developments have been implemented supporting PG and ORA but not the rest.

These lagacy unused platforms should be removed.

  - removed unused platforms
  - refactorized code to better reuse in tests
  - test properly apply ad updates
