0036899: Remove afterreturnfromcentral logic in synchronized server process caller, less wait time for end user

Description

This code [1] forces the logic to wait for data to be replicated from central to the store. It is not needed if the logic in the store server checks for the data in the central if it can not find it in the store. There are plans to change functional logic to implement this (also search in central if not found in the store). After this logic has been implemented the code in [1] can be removed.

Enable Synchronized mode
Submit ticket
Note the wait time
