Aging Balance Report Spanish Mexico
Steps To ReproduceAs system admin role:
   Install a Core version previous to 3.0PR17Q2
   Install Openbravo for Retail Spanish (Mexico)Translation
   Compile and rebuild the application

As system admin role:
   Go to Module Management window and Scan for Updates
   Check no updates are shown

Follow up with the localizer.

Last comment from the localizer is that they are working on a regulatory change that starts 1st December, 2017, therefore their best guess is end November.
