0036816: [UX] In case of error in Approval, it should display a Popup instead of the top-right error message

Description

There could be several situations where an error can happen while trying to introduce the approval credentials:
* Bad password
* Empty password
* Not allowed user

In all of these cases, the top-right small red error is shown. This message should be more intrusive to ensure the user reads it.

Also, currently it is not working as the main login window. This last one shows a Popup with the error.

It is not working neither like the message shown when there no exist users allowed to make the approval. This ine is also shown in a popup.

Steps To Reproduce

Create an approval (for example 'WebPOS Cash up window') and once it be shown, try to enter:
* Bad password
* Empty password
* Not allowed user

Proposed Solution

At least show the error in a popup. Patch attached.
