DescriptionRoles created using "copy role" using as source an inactive role can't add organizations
Steps To ReproduceSelect an active = 'N' role, create a new one using "COPY ROLE" button.

Go to the newly created role and add an organization.

Save it and refresh, organization hasn't been added as grid is blank again.

Checked in database and there is no organization associated to this new role.
