0036655: [PR17Q3] GUI layout for Inventory status pop up window is not correct

Description

Opening up the pop up window that is shown when the "Change Status" button is clicked, shows a window that seems not fully implemented. See attached screenshot

Steps To Reproduce

1. Login as QA Testing Admin Role
2. Go to Warehouse And Storage Bins Window
3. Select Spain warehouse
4. Move to Storage Bin Tab and select spain111
5. Move to Bin Contents and check that there are records
6. Move back to Storage Bin Tab, select spain111 and click on Change Status Button
