Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Requisition, add a line to it and complete it
   Go to Manage Requisition window and Create Purchase Order from it
   Go to Purchase Order window and try to close it
   The following error message is shown:
      "It is not possible to modify a Requisition that is not Open or Completed."

   Reactivate the purchase order
   Try to Void it
   The same error message is shown

To be able to cancel or void the Purchase Order, we should first change the status of related Requisition through Manage Requisitions window.
