Proposed SolutionA nex tax category needs to be created named "No declarable SII" as below:
Nombre = Descripción = No declarable SII.

A new tax rate needs to be created as below:
Nombre = No declarable devoluciones de cliente
Valido desde = 01/01/2014
Grupo Impuesto (Tax Category ) = No declarable SII
Indice = 0
Tipo de impuesto = Impuesto ventas
Pais desde/Pais destino = España
No esta sujeto a impuestos = SI
