0036343: red highlight disappears when it shouldn't

Description

When defining mandatory fields in a grid for a Pick & Execute window, red highlight appears if a mandatory field is not filled. The problem is that under some circumstances, red highlight disappears when it shouldn't disappear.

Steps To Reproduce

- Go to [Financial Account] window.
- Create a new transaction.
- Create anew payment using '+' in payment field.
- In Add Payment P&E move to GL Items section.
- Create a new GL Items row and do not enter any value for first field (which is mandatory) G/L Item, press tab key. Note that first field is now red highlight.
- Press tab key another time. (Focus should be in Paid Out, last field of the GL Item grid). Note that now the red highlight disappears.
