0036227: [SERQA 2975] Call to show shipping and invoicing buttons is not synchronous with OB.DAL.Save

Description

If remote for customer preference is activated, and CustomerAddrLoader takes too much time to process a location it is possible that the buttons for shipping locations are not shown while a location for shipping has been created.

Buttons are shown depending the number and type of locations that we actually have for the customer, if only one location is detected, only one button is shown.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Set preferences: "Remote For Customer" = 'Y', "Synchronized Mode" = 'Y'
2- Put a breakpoint in CustomerAddrLoader (Save method).
3- Login to WebPOS.
4- Select a customer with only one location.
5- Open addresses component, generate a new address for shipping.
6- You can check how the call to get the locations for customer has been done, although location has not been created yet.
