DescriptionAlternate Unit of Measure at Product Level should not override conversion for generic UOM's
When a UOM has been defined in the Unit of Measure Window with a Conversion Rate, it is considered as generic (like conversions from m to km, for example)

It is possible, in the Alternate UOM Tab in Product Window, to define a conversion rate at Product level for an AUM, but it must never override one defined in the Conversion Tab of the Unit of Measure Window
Steps To ReproduceWith Alternate Unit of Measure enabled:

Go to Unit of Measure Window and create a new UOM
Move to Conversion Tab and create a new record with any conversion

Go to Product Window and select Ale Beer
Move to Alternate UOM Tab and create a new record
Select the UOM created previously and check that it is possible to change the Conversion rate

Fixes Issue 36201. Do not allow to edit a conversion rate from a generic UOM

* Added an auxilary input to know if there is a generic conversion already
* Added a readonly logic based on the previous auxiliary input
