Summary0036102: Some mandatory fields can be left empty
DescriptionWhen defining mandatory fields in a grid for a Pick & Execute window, those can be left empty while they should be highlighted in red.
Also 'Done' button should not be enabled as it happens with any other mandatory parameter.
Steps To Reproduce1) Go to Financial Account window
2) create a new transaction
3) Create anew payment using '+' in payment field
4) in add payment P&E move to GL Items section
5) create a new GL Items row and do not enter any value for first field (which is mandatory) G/L Item, press tab, mind that first field is now red (correct). Continue pressing tab till you reach Received In amount field. Enter 100 and press tab. Mind that now the red highlight dissapears (this is wrong). 'Done' button for the window is as well enabled when it should not

The main problem of the issue (A record with empty mandatory fields can not be save) was fixed in 0034824. The rest of the issue is split in those minor new defects: 0036343 and 0036344
