0036048: "Lines quantity to count per Window" property is not working for P&E windows

Description

"Lines quantity to count per Window" property is not working for P&E windows, when we deploy a P&E window with >100 records, is not possible to define this property and also is not possible to (un)select all records

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open [Sales Order] window and create a new record for 'Alimentos y Supermercados' bussiness Partner
  1.1) Click on 'Copy Lines' button and add products until you have >100 products in your sales order.
  1.2) Book the order

2) Add a new preference:
  - Property: Lines quantity to count per Window
  - Value: 10000
  - Organization: *
  - Window: RFC/RTV HQL Pick / Edit Lines

3) Logout and login the application

4) Open [Return From Customer] window and create a new record for 'Alimentos y Supermercados' Bussiness Partner
  4.1) Click 'Pick & Edit Lines' button
       - By default you can (un)select all records, it works fine
  4.2) Clear the filter (funnel icon)
       - Now you cannot (un)select all records and also the preference does not work. You cannot have access for every lines
