Direct backport option should be allowed.
Steps To ReproduceGo to 'Report Issue' page: there is no way to backport directly.

Not yet sure how we are going to solve this problem.

In any case, for the time being, developers can directly report backports. Tell me if you are not capable of reporting a backport directly (choosing backport as type).
