When you select a Product in the Shipment in line window without checking
the 'with stock' check in the selector, the callout makes that the field
'Storage Bin' was fulfilled with '**'.

This error happens in any configuration.

The problem is caused by the AD_COLUMN_IDENTIFIER because no identifier
(p_record_id) is passed to the function, throwing an exception.

Fixed since revision 2024.

Modified callout SL_InOutLine_Product in order to avoid call to
AD_COLUMN_IDENTIFIER when the identifier is null.
