0035789: [RR17Q2] When the printer is not available, success cash up message is not shown
When a cash up is complete, the following message must be shown: "Good job!
The Cash Up process was completed successfully." If the printer set in POS Terminal window but it is not available, that success message is not shown and it is only shown the "Printer and display are not available." message.
0-Login ERP as Openbravo and, using "The White Valley Group Admin" role go to POS Terminal window.
1-Select the "VBS POS Terminal" record (VBS-1 terminal) and fill "Hardware URL" field with the following value: http://localhost:9999/printer [^] (a wrong URL where printer will not be found). Save that record.
2-Go to POS (VBS-1 terminal) and login as Vallblanca. Printer will not be available.
3-Complete a cash up keeping nothing in each step. In the last step, just after clicking "Post, Print & Close" the successful message will not be shown and "Printer and display are not available." message will be shown instead.
