0035742: Synchronized Mode with Quotation Reject does not show an error when it occurs on the server

Description

When rejecting a Quotation in synchronized Mode, if it fails in backend, no error is shown.

Steps To Reproduce

- Enable synchronized mode
- Add an exception in QuotationReject.java
- Create a Quotation and process it
- Open created quotation and select Reject Quotation option
- ERROR! no error is shown and the Quotation is not rejected

Proposed Solution

Show an error when backend fails and leave the UI as it was before the error and develop these tests:
- Do a reject quotation with Synchronized Mode
- Do a reject quotation and make it fail in backend with Synchronized Mode. Ensure that the backend data and UI is working fine
