Summary0035511: When doing a C&R process, the finacc_txn_amount field of the netting payment is not set to 0
DescriptionWhen executing Cancel and Replace process, the generated netting payment's finacc_txn_amount field is not set to zero (as the amount is)
Steps To ReproduceExecute a Cancel and Replace process.

Check that the netting payment has the finacc_txn_amount value distinct to zero.
