Summary0035391: The whole rule model should be inside the discount to apply
DescriptionThe whole rule model should be inside the discount to apply instead of setting only its ID.
With that we can avoid the asynchronous calls to get the model and we can get directly custom properties added to m_offer model.
It is needed to put it also on PaidReceipts.
