Summary0035331: Mobile Servers: Re-organize the grid columns and form fields
DescriptionOver time new fields have been added and others removed. The current grid and form need to be re-organized.

For the grid the status should be more prominent, other columns can move more to the back.

Proposed order:
- org, name, description
- server type, mobile server key, url
- status, offline cause
- all org/services
- can be registered, active
- allowed origin, last ping
