0035324: Raise minimal supported ant version from very old 1.7 to 1.9.x
The system requirements state
http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/System_Requirements [^]

min supported ant version as >=1.7.x which has not been changed ever.

That should have been probably changed in Q1 cycle during the adjustment done then of java, postgres, tomcat anyway.

Also that very old 1.7 version is known to have some bugs affecting some modules
-
Raise min ant version to 1.9

Why 1.9?

1.10 has just been released but requires java1.8 (http://ant.apache.org/faq.html#java-version [^]) so cannot be used and has not been tested even with openbravo.

Checking version in ubuntu supported versions:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ant [^]

Shows that the currently used base for the appliance 14.04 has 1.9
The older 12.04 ubuntu only has 1.8 but that goes end of live in April already.

RHEL 6.x only has the very old 1.7x
However the more recent RHEL 7.3 already has 1.9.x ant.

So in summary there seems to be no reason not to raise the minimum to 'only' 1.8

So the new minimum version should be 1.9.x

Known items to check/edit for chaning this:
- System requirements page in wiki
- ant diagnostics
- any other documentation talking about ant working (DIN, other wiki pages)
