DescriptionTest 20 - Import Accounts works OK (rows in I_elementvalue table)but when select Import Data/Import Account there are zero rows shown in this OB screen
Steps To ReproduceTest 20. Cannot verify the imported rows are in the temporary window

I have the same problem with PostgreSQL 8.2.7

Fixed in revision 4426.

This bug has two parts:
* First, imported rows can not being show, because access level (fixed in bug 390)
* Second, there was a problem with the special characters (accent vowels) that has been fixed in revison 4426.
