Summary0034696: inconsistent DB statistics update after importing sample data
DescriptionImporting sample data is inconsistent regarding how statistics are updated:

Oracle:
-Statistics are updated in Java just after importing sample data (see 0032119) and afterwards in build-create.xml

PostgreSQL:
-Statistics are updated only after the process completes in build-create.xml
